Biceps and Back workout is an old school combination. I usually switch up routines.
Sometimes I will start with Compound movements and then work my way up to isolations.
It really all depends on yourself. I just love confusiing the body. We are trying to
create a Big Back and Huge Biceps. Also in this video I will be supersetting. Back
and forth from biceps to back will be a job but it will be completed. So put on your
