Since you guys always ask about the reps & sets:
– 5 sets of the shortened lever cross to maltese
– 5 sets of planche hold/playing with holds and negatives
– 5 sets of bulgarian push-ups // ended up in the last set with
– 3 sets supersets bulgarian push-ups, triceps extensions
The black thing around my arm is a standard bandage you can
find in any running shop for your knees, elbows, and stuff. I just
use it a little different.
