This move is great at the end of your workout for building your pecs. Take 2X10lb plates and press them together. Make sure to flex your pectoral muscles when your hands are extended out in front of you.
NOTE: make sure that ny he palms of your hands are what press the plates together making sure that you don’t use your fingers foe extra grip. This will ensure that you engage the chest.
