Another part of a BELLY FLAT TRAINING!

You will find 3 exercises to be done in 4 series. Break between sets of about 30-40 seconds.

Exercises 1 and 2 perform 15 repetitions for each side.

However, exercise No. 3 (PLANK) perform for 20 seconds.
