Squats: 5 sets: 6-10 reps

Leg Extensions: 4 sets: 10-15 reps

Hamstring Curls: 4 sets: 8-12 reps

Leg press: 4 sets: 8-12 reps

Walking Lunges: 3 sets: 20 steps

Hyper extensions: 3 sets: 12 reps
