100 g Ground Pork (3.5 oz)

1 tsp Garlic, Chopped

1 tsp Ginger Root, Chopped

½ tbsp Tianmianjiang – Sweet Bean Sauce

½ tbsp Soy Sauce

1 tsp Sake

¼ head Bok Choy
